At Corral Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted footwear. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your boots in their original box.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is retained for your records during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
